Ingredients:
- 3 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4-5 slices French Bread, toasted
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- In a slow cooker, combine onions and butter, broth, worcestshire, and salt. Cover and cook on High for 4-6 hours. Pour hot soup into bowls and top with bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
