Ingredients:
- 3-4 lbs. rump roast, chuck roast, etc.
- 1 12 oz. bottle root beer
- 1 18 oz. bottle BBQ sauce
Directions:
- Place your side of beef in the crockpot and pour the bottle of root bear over top of it. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. About an hour before it is done, pull the beef out of the crockpot and shred it. Pour the root beer out of the crockpot. Place the shredded beef back in the crockpot and pour the bottle of barbecue sauce over it. Stir together and let simmer for about an hour. Serve on buns.
