The Blizzard of 2010…so far

So this weather this year has been the craziest I have ever seen.  It almost makes me want to pack up all of our stuff and head down south.  Right now, it has been snowing for over 24 hours, and we are expected to get well over 2 feet of snow (if not close to 3).  So this is the view from behind my house:

Then Jay was outside shoveling for like the hundredth time and Evan decided he just had to go too.  So here was Evan out front:

I am so ready for spring…it is crazy.  I have the feeling that you are stuck in your own house…hate hate hate it!

Updates

So, I am still working on the diet.  I am actually in the 250s now.  It feels good that my pants are falling off when I walk around :)  I just want to lose a ton more before I go get new pants.  Some days are very hard but I try to, for the most part, get all the water in that I am supposed to.  I guess this is the hardest part right now. 

The other thing I am worried about is exercise.  Right now, with all the snow and cold weather we have been having, I haven't been able to get out walking.  Once it starts to get warm again, I am going start taking Brynlee on walks in the morning.  Probably around 9 or 10, once the boys are gone to school and I can do a little cleaning up.  Once school is out, I guess we will be going to the pool and the park a lot.

IN other news, I will be going back to school in April.  I will officially be done with my college degree this year.  I am thinking that I will probably not be able to go to work immediately so I was thinking that I might go ahead and work on my masters while I stay home with Brynlee.  Then when Brynlee is almost ready for school, I will go back to work.
