Diet – Week 2

This diet is so hard.  It is just because I am stuck here at the house for the most part.  If it was warm out, I would go and take Brynlee out for a walk.  I wish there was a good gym to be able to go to around here but there isn't.  They have one that has child care but it has a $200 signup fee and it is $97 dollars a month.  I haven't actually went to look at it yet but from the pictures, its great.  It has an inside pool, a walking pool, and a track to walk inside.  Then they have a daycare where Bryn could go for up to 2 hours (even though I wouldn't keep her there for that long) so if I wanted to go during the day, I could.  I just want the warm weather to come so that we can start going for a walk outside.

Diet

So today, I did my weight in.  I dont remember what the actual start date of my diet is but I decided to start weighting in every morning.  The first time I weighted in, I was 275 on our scale.  This morning I got on there and it said 260.  Obviously, if that is right, I know it is mostly water weight.  It’s been hard to do this diet since we are stuck in the house.  When the weather gets warmer, I plan to go out with on walks with Brynlee.  I am going to have to find a walking buddy.

Diet

So we officially decided that we are going on a diet.  Yesterday was our first day but we had some problems last night.  We did our breakfast of Bran Cereal with fruit.  We did go to Famous Dave’s for lunch to use a gift certificate that we had.  Unlike when we usually go out, we researched on the internet first to see what was the best thing to eat.  We both had the char-grilled chicken salad with Firecracker green beans.  Then we went to Jay’s parents and I just had to have some pizza.  I shouldn't have done it but I was mad hungry.  So today, we are starting over and we are going to try to stay on track.
