Ingredients:
- 5 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 green or red pepper, diced (optional)
- 1 bag frozen corn
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions:
- In a large skillet, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Add onion and optional peppers. Cook until onion is translucent. Add corn and seasonings. Cook, stirring often, until the corn begins to just slightly crisp.
