Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. spicy breakfast sausage
  • 10 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

Directions:

  1. Peel and Cube Potatoes.  Cover with water in large stock pot and put on to boil. 
  2. Brown sausage and onions.  Set aside. 
  3. After the potatoes become soft, whisk in soup and corn
  4. Add sausage and onions.
  5. Stir in cheese and serve.
