Perfectly Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 1 4 lb. Boston butt or pork shoulder
  • 1 12 oz. can or bottle root bear
  • 1 18 oz. bottle BBQ sauce
  • 8 hamburgers bun, split and lightly toasted

Directions:

Place pork meat in a slow cooker;  pour the root beer over the meat.  Cover and cook on low until well cooked and pork shreds easily.  Shred the meat and drain the root beer from the slow cooker.  Stir the barbecue sauce and toss gently.  Serve over hamburger buns.
