Porcupine Meatballs

1/2 lb ground beef

3 cups fully cooked rice

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp each – salt, garlic powder, pepper

Put all ingredients in a large bowl and combine.  Press into large balls and bake for 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until beef is fully cooked.
