1 box Devil’s Food Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar in a shallow, wide bowl
Flat Bottomed Glass
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil together. This will be thick dough.
Use a small cookie scoop (1 tsp) and portion out. Roll into balls and 2” apart on a cookie sheet. Dip the glass in sugar and press each ball into 1/4” thickness.
Bake 6-8 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute then move to cooling rack.
Make 2 dozen cookies.
