Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. Italian dressing
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) white beans, rinses
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, undrained
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 1/2 cups Mexican style cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
Add chicken and onions to a slow cooker. Cook for 3 hours on high.
Stir in beans, brother, chilies, and cumin. Cook another 1-2 hours on high. Once complete, shred chicken.
Service topped with cheese and cilantro.
