I guess I should be using more pictures to show my diet journey. This is me today February 4, 2011. Still have some muffin top going on but it is getting better.
Thanks so much for all the great comments. I am just keeping with it. For some reason, it seems to be sticking better this time around. Now I just wish it would get warmer out. I want to go walking during the day but don't want to take Brynlee out in the cold. Once it gets warmer, we will probably be outside all the time.
Keep it up. You will be amazed at the changes you will see 1,2,3 months down the road. Good Job!!!
