To all my gym buddies, here is the scheduled that I laid out for when I am going to the gym (unless something happens).
Monday – Taking kids to Martial Arts at 11:30 (if they want to go), BodyCombat @ 6:30 (never done it before but figured I would try it)
Tuesday – Mat Pilates @ 10am, Sh’Bam @ 11am.
Wednesday – BodyPump @10 or 4:30 (Haven't decided on which one, I know there is a scout meeting at 7:30 so might do the 10) **Edit…totally forgot that I was babysitting on Wednesday so I am going to have to work gym time after that**
Thursday – Mat Pilates @ 10am, Sh’bam @ 11am.
Friday – Taking kids to Martial Arts at 6:45.
Unless something happens, this is what I am going to shoot for this week
I have been so bad on my diet so I have got to step my game up again.
