Just like restaurant guacamole

For Valentine's Day, I decided to fix up a good meal of Mexican food for my girlfriend. Last year when we went out to eat at this nice restaurant, we had to wait almost two hours to get seated and then the food was just okay. It wasn't even that good. So I decided I would do that for him this year because it will be more special for her. Plus, I think that she'll appreciate the effort a little bit more.

But I've never cooked Mexican food like that before, so I decided to go online and find some recipes to make for her. While I was online, I came across this site www.ClearTVBundle.com and decided to change over my internet service at my apartment to it after I looked through it some.

I found a recipe for guacamole that I'm going to try to fix. I thought about making it ahead of time but I don't want her to suspect that I'm going to fix her Mexican food for Valentine's Day.
